Will I be billed immediately after submitting my card?
No, you will not. Submission of your card is your permission to manually bill you once we reconfirm availability for all items in your package.
What about deposits and cancellation policies?
For theatre packages, your deposit will be 50% of your total package and your balance will be billed at 30 days unless otherwise stated. For all other packages, you will be billed a portion as a deposit which typically ranges from $250 to the price of one group member’s package. Cancellation policies are in effect and this information will be provided with your initial quotation.
Will my package price change if I delay booking after receiving the initial quotation?
For the most part, we will always honor your original price but if we cannot secure availability for your initial request, the price may be subject to change.
